Boulé Foundation Legacy Awards Program means the
program established by the Boulé Foundation to acknowledge the
cumulative contributions of Archons and Archousai to the
Foundation; the awards are named for Archons who have
distinguished themselves in a field of national endeavor and are as
follows:
- Henry M. Minton Fellow ($1,000 non-cumulative
- contribution)
- James P. Brawley ($2,500 cumulative contributions)
- W. E. B. DuBois ($5,000 cumulative contributions)
- Percy Julian ($10,000 cumulative contributions)
- Harvey C. Russell ($25,000 cumulative contributions)
- William S. “Turk” Thompson ($50,000 cumulative
- contributions)
- Robert V. Franklin ($75,000 cumulative contributions)
- John B. Clemmons Sr. ($100,000 cumulative
- contributions)
- James E. Payne ($200,000 cumulative contributions)
- Thomas B. Shropshire ($300,000 cumulative
- contributions)
- Calvin E. Tyler Jr. ($400,000 cumulative contributions)
- Anthony W. Hall Jr. ($500,000 cumulative contributions).
