To obtain a Lexus Certificate, please log in to the fraternity website, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Lexus icon. Complete the form and download the certificate from your email. Please note that there is a limit of one certificate per email account. If you have previously requested or used a certificate, you will need to use a unique email account to obtain another certificate.
